United Rentals at 611 East Central Texas Expressway, Harker Heights, Texas.

Never got a response from Mr. Obanion.....I sent him an email, called twice, left messages twice, talked to Sarah (she was VERY helpful...the only one at this business, unfortunately!!) a couple of times....but Mr. Obanion is apparently waaaaaaaaay too busy to deal with any actual customers. I should have suspected that I would be treated this way, with the connection to "United"....
The really sad thing is that they are actually the cheapest place in town....but NOTHING makes up for this kind of customer service. I'll go spend a few dollars more, somewhere else!
